Electrical Service Manager/Schwenksville, PA

We are continually growing and are looking for a driven and motivated leader to join our team. This person will manage the electricians, flow of work and materials. This person will be the point of contact with our clients/customers.
Pay Range: Up to $35/hour

Job Description:
- The position will be focused on Commercial and industrial service jobs and small construction projects, managing the employees and flow of work
- Service work will include interfacing/communicating with property managers regarding their electrical needs
- Oversee all aspects of installation, inspection and operation
- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs
- Create and lead weekly trainings focusing on technical knowledge and customer service
- Managing customer relationships and being the escalation point for customer concerns regarding service calls
- Hires, trains, and manages electricians
- Determines the work schedule and assignments
- Sets and tracks the departmental budget
- Stocks, accounts, and maintains inventory at the warehouse locations
- Planning, organizing, and directing all electrical service operations activities to assure profitable growth
- Being an approachable leader to support our electricians by answering questions
regarding pricing and procedures, helping them grow in their desired path
- Develops and improves departmental policies and procedures
- Maintains and accounts for company owned equipment and material
Qualifications:
- Must be professional, work effectively and build relationships with people at all levels and maintain a team-driven mentality, with strong leadership skills
- Must have an electrical background
- Attention to detail, grasp the big picture
- Possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proven experience leading people and processes in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment, several years of electrical experience, responsive and flexible
- Ability to pass drug test and national background check
- This position will be responsible for coaching service electricians through all aspects of their professional development; reviewing call debrief packages for growth opportunities, and overseeing all aspects of Technicians' performance and adherence to our Core Values of Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence.
