Responsibilities:-
- Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape.
- Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound
- Steer the team across ( ITSM , ITOM , IRM , ITBM ) to gain best from the implemented product suite
- Demonstrate expertise in integrating and modernize systems using REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API , Flow designer , Integration hub to create a robust and best in class servicenow implementation.
- Create Best practice framework to support enhancement and custom applications development and migration
- Service Portal design, often in support of custom applications
- Support Virtual Agent and Mobile application development
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices
- Develop methodologies for consistent development, improvement, and deployment of designed solutions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required
- Expert in ITSM + atleast any one area from SPM , HRSD , GRC or CSM. ( Not all) + Knowledge of Integration Hub and exposure to App Engine Studio / custom apps.
- Expert in Performance Analytics
- At least 2 + main line certifications
- 3+ years' experience with Java Script required
- Through Understanding of ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities across ITX product suite including ( ITSM , ITOM , IRM )
- Must have CSA and CIS-ITSM / CAD or equivalent
- ServiceNow Solution Architect ( CTA or CMA ) preferred
- Preferred Certifications in at-least 2 ( CIS IRM, CIS HRSD, CIS CSM , CIS SIR/ VR , CAD , CIS -ITOM)
- Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Request Fulfillment.
- ITIL Foundations certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory.
- Experience with HTML coding and Scripting required
- Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.
