Job Description

ServiceNow ITBM Developer
Location : Remote (USA)
7-9 years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
Experience in Configuring various ServiceNow ITBM modules (APM ,PPM, TPM, etc.)
Developing Configuration item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services
Hands-on Experience in developing Service Catalogs
Experience in integration ServiceNow with any 3rd party tool/application using web-services (REST/SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc.
Working knowledge of integrating APM with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM and SAM
Experience with programming languages and databases including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS
Technical knowledge of various phases of applications, understanding the business or app functions
Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting. Building custom Reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow for various modules
Create Configuration Management policies and procedures for tracking IT assets and licensing.
Experience in configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)
