Demonstrates clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process. The RN must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.
Speare OB Unit can manage High-Risk pregnancy management, including (but not limited to):
Preterm Labor High blood pressure Diabetes VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean Section) Prenatal testing Amniocentesis Childbirth education classes Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work Thanksgiving (including Friday and weekend after) AND Christmas-New Year Day Block, (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved. Thanks!
Requirement description : - 2 years Current OB/L&D experience - Required
- Mother/Baby experience - Required
- BSN - Highly preferred
- Previous travel - Preferred
Profile Requirements: - Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Ortho Cert, BLS - Facility will not pend License/Certs)
