Job Summary:
- This position will help manage day to day operations in Labor & Delivery unit on the evening shift.
- There are 15 beds in L&D, average deliveries 150/month, and approximately 65 employees.
- We have a level III NICU with an average census of 5.
- Our Postpartum unit has 18 beds, and we provide couplet care.
- This position may be assigned educator related functions for this unit and assist in Postpartum as needed.
- We are offering a 10% sign-on bonus.
- There is also the potential to earn up to a 10% bonus based off the annual salary.
Required Skills Experience & Certifications:
- CA RN license.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and BSN or MSN.
- Must have at least 3 years of current/recent RN L&D experience.
- Must have at least 1 year of full time RN leadership experience, preferably at Charge Nurse level or as a Manager/Supervisor.
- MSN, management experience in a union environment, educator related experience, national cert in related field.
