Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, with Customer Service Management (CSM) a must Hands-on experience with Service Portal Development, Flow designer and/or traditional workflows
- Create, maintain, and enhance forms, workflows, cloud integration and 3rd party integrations to the ServiceNow platform. Including automation and/or additional self-service features and functions
- Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, debug software problems, and make recommendations for problem resolution
- Ability to optimize request management business process flows based on existing documentation or information from users
- ITSM and ITIL concepts and Framework.
- Server API Development.
- Knowledge of Mid Server implementation for ServiceNow SaaS.
- Expertise in common web languages (e.g. JavaScript, Angular)
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, , XML, JSON, REST/SOAP integrations
- Experienced in End-to-End System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis, system design, testing and implementation.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, such as LDAP, SSO, or other third-party applications.
- Must have ITIL Certification
