- Ensure individual sales targets are met, KPI's attained and achieve used car customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all company guidelines and always conduct oneself in a professional manner with both internal and external personnel.
- Perform all activities related to vehicle selling / trade-in in Pre-owned vehicles div.
- Achieve monthly set sales target and to adhere to the set policies/ process of Company.
- Carryout vehicle evaluation/ trade-in request received through new vehicle sales dept and complete the appraisal in all aspect, such as taking photos of both interior and exterior. Perform walk around & test drive and analyzing the performance of the vehicle. Checking service history and accident records.
- Provide best price for conversion of trade-in vehicles.
