Requirements:

• Understanding of database and custom data warehouse design, testing, development, and architecture experience
• Experience in data cataloging, data scanning, & lineage creation
• Assists in developing and implementing enterprise tools to support Data Governance & Data Management, including Data Catalog, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Master & Reference Data Management
• Metadata scanning and lineage creation
• Managed Integrations between EDC Administrator, EDC catalog, EDC UI, and AXON
• Define and codify data governance policies and controls fit for the organization that enforces desired data behaviors and practices, as well as enable efficiencies and optimize data assets.
• Experience in Project Management and Business Process designs. Creating process flows and diagrams.
• Business analysis including business process mapping and requirement definition
• Responsible for end-to-end Issue Management
• Experience in Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, and associated technologies
• Architect and oversee the implementation of data governance technologies that enable end users to be self-sufficient in understanding the data and actively engaged in data management practices
• Participate in design, construction, testing, and maintaining a highly scalable master data system
• Very strong experience in Data Classification, Data Stewardship, Data Catalogs, Data Quality Frameworks and Data Issue Management
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Understand industry standard and/or NRG specific system development life cycle (SDLC) phases, including the ability to provide guidance on how to document business requirements and impacts on process flows.
