Senior Product Manager

At Payable, we're transforming how Finance, Treasury and Accounting teams run their processes through cutting-edge automation. We re looking for an ambitious Senior Product Manager who can drive our product strategy and be responsible for delivering our product roadmap. You'll collaborate closely with our Founder, our founding designer and be a part of our leadership team and bring the best our of our designers and engineers.

Tasks

• Develop and bring to market Payable s financial operations and treasury platform
• Understand the needs of finance and treasury teams including how they run their departments and workflows. Learn how they use products across the finance stack
• Drive product development through defining our product vision, owning our product roadmap and setting the pace on execution
• Deliver intuitive product experiences driving simplicity through a feature rich platform working with design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, such as engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a high growth startup or scaleup
• Have a strong product and customer mindset with experience building products and challenging the status quo for finance teams
• Solid technical background and ability to work closely with our engineering team
• Are comfortable working on a new product under fluid conditions, seamlessly balancing tactical and strategic considerations
• Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and an ability to think logically with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Great oral and written communication skills.
• Years of experience working in fintech, B2B SaaS is a plus, not a must.
