Job Description

IST Resourcing Ltd company is looking to recruit a professional Zoho Implementation Specialist & Product Manager.

A business critical role ensuring the efficient implementation management and optimisation of our Zoho system to enhance the franchise operations.


Initially a 24 month contract the successful Zoho Implementation Specialist & Product Manager will be rewarded with a very competitive package including:

The responsibilities for the Zoho Implementation Specialist & Product Manager will be:

Implementing our current Zoho system addressing existing issues designing and processing applications and managing products development.

Lead the implementation of the current Zoho system across all franchise locations.

Identify and resolve existing problems within the system to ensure optimal performance.

Customise and configure the system to meet the specific needs of the franchise care business.

Design and develop Zoho related applications and processes to improve business operations.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure that Zoho system processes are streamlined efficient and userfriendly.

Oversee the development and enhancement of Zoho related products and tools.

Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements.

Provide training and support to franchisees and employees on Zoho

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Needed for the Job Experience working in a recruiting function and leading a team, managing numerous vacancies simultaneously. Experience using a HR system, preferably Zoho-recruit. Strong understanding of the recruitment marketplace including advertising media such as Indeed and Total Jobs, recruitment consultancies and direct recruitment. Experience using TotalJobs and Indeed preferred. Confident and professional communicator with stakeholders at all levels. Intermediate excel experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to deal with sensitive issues professionally and confidentially. Manages time effectively to simultaneously undertake several tasks
