Required skillsets:

• Experience in leading and managing complex agile IT development projects
• Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
• Experience in Waterfall Methodology
• Experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
• Knowledge of SAFe Framework
• Must be proficient with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (Jira, Rally)
• Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum processes
• Knowledge of other agile methodologies and frameworks like Kanban and XP
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
• Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Experience using Jira or similar tool for managing Sprints and User Stories
• Professional Scrum Master or PMI-ACP Certification
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
