Job Description


Gem Care Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a growing company headquartered in Oak Ridge, TN. This company prides itself on having an entrepreneurial, fast paced, can do approach looking for people who enjoy an environment where they can have input into decisions and see things getting done on a daily basis. We are looking for the right candidates to interface with our customers who will manage large corporate accounts, problem solve and resolve issues. Exposure to business trends, forecasting, cost analysis and financial data.

Below is a list of experience and skills needed for the job of ACCOUNT MANAGER:

  • Receive and acknowledge orders via electronic communication
  • Enter orders into the company s ERP system and confirm accuracy of information
  • Communicate change in customer needs to department supervisors for urgent orders
  • Discuss new project requirements with internal team members

Skills and Competencies:

  • Must have customer service experience in manufacturing, or other related field;
  • Enjoys learning new things with a curiosity to want to understand the why behind issues;
  • Self-starter who requires minimum supervision and adapts easily to changing work environments and requirements;
  • Ambitious, flexible and aggressive who want to grow personally and professionally;
  • Articulate in oral and written communications;
  • Ability to organize and process several projects simultaneously.


Pay rate:
$20.00+ DOE

Schedule:
8:00AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities:
