Senior DeltaV Engineer Remote with Travel

This is a remote position.

The remote Senior DeltaV Engineer will lead the development of the DeltaV automation software from requirements through design and testing. You will work closely with Process Engineers and Technical Services, including providing technical oversight of DeltaV System Integrators responsible for developing the software.

Your expertise in DeltaV and automation - process equipment will be critical in maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence in DeltaV.

Responsibilities

• Lead DeltaV projects implementation experience, understands how control strategies (physical layer) and batch (procedural layer) are designed, configured, and tested
  
• Design control strategies using DeltaV component library based on automation philosophy
  
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and with system integrators to develop Functional Specifications
  

• Support on-site work as needed to complete project
  
• Lead Project and/or System Integrator key meetings (Indianapolis, system integrator offices)
  

Requirements

• 10+ years of DeltaV hands on experience from requirements through design and testing, and implementation
  
• Extensive expertise in DeltaV and associated process equipment validation
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5) and industry standards related to computer systems validation
  
• Engaging communication style and strong customer facing skills
  
• 15% travel
  
• Conferred Bachelor of Science in Engineering or technical equivalent
  
• Project management skills and experience leading validation projects
