Job Description

Are you looking for the perfect blend of team leadership and management while working directly with children? Join our team to become the Assistant Manager of a brand new four-bedded Home in Crewe, Cheshire.

As a Deputy Care Manager with us, you will assist the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the four-bedroomed OFSTED registered Children s Home.
You will play a critical part in the Home's running by leading, supporting and supervising team members to meet the needs of the children and young people ages 7 to 18 years. As a team, you will partner with various professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our children and young people.

To be successful in your position, you should adhere to and develop your team to follow the Quality Standards for Children's Homes 2015, the Homes Statement of Purpose and Homes for Support's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Previous work experience with a Children's Home setting with Young People
  • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) (RQF) qualified

  • Full-time
  • Day shift, 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday, Weekends (occasional), Other
  • Competitive pay ranging from 30,000.00 pending internal pay review (ongoing)
