Role Overview

  • Administer payroll and invoicing for all drivers and warehouse staff to a very high and accurate standard
  • Respond to all pay-related queries in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports for weekly, quarterly, and yearly reviews
  • Respond to and resolve any errors in pay by reviewing past records and making any wage corrections or adjustments when necessary
  • Review and abide by company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role with a large workforce (500+ employees)
  • Strong attention to detail, working methodically and error-free
  • Proficiency with large payroll software programs
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in fast fast-paced environment
