UKG HRIS Specialist
Location: Remote/Hybrid - Ideally in Las Vegas, Seattle, San Francisco, or New York City
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
Commission Structure: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
Requirements:
- Significant experience with HRIS UKG admin
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred

About the Role
The UKG Specialist will support the HR team with a focus on maintaining UKG Ready and Pro. This person will be responsible for training employees, maintaining compliance, and rolling out new modules.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR services to employees and leadership including HRIS, recruitment, retention, employee performance, coaching, counseling, and career development
- Be administrator for all HRIS systems including UKG Ready, UKG Pro, benefits portals, etc.
- Support payroll systems with HR and Finance teams, including onboarding/offboarding, time and attendance, status changes, leaves, deductions, bonuses, etc.
- Administer benefits programs (401(k), group health/dental/vision, life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability, and supplemental benefits) and annual open enrollment
- Create and maintain analytics and reporting and ensure data alignment across systems
- Communicate trends and propose effective solutions with data analysis and easy-to-read reports
- Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives, including candidate screening, interviews, background screening process, company hiring events, centralized new-hire processing/onboarding and HRIS data input
- Manages employee relations issues by conducting investigations and maintaining proper documentation.
- Creates and maintains employee files, ER files, and ensures accuracy and completeness of documents
- Stay current with HRIS, Privacy, and general HR compliance and employment law changes and/or updates
Candidate Requirements
- Generalist HR experience, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Relations, and Training experience preferred
- Experience working with social media and Indeed or other job board websites preferred
- Experience with managing projects from inception to completion preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
