Registered Childrens Home Manager - Croydon

Medsolve are proud to be working with a client who are recruiting for Registered Children s Home managers.

This is a permanent role 40 hours per week

8 hour shifts, Monday Friday

My client offers an annual Salary of 40 50k

We are looking for dynamic, ambitious and energetic managers with experience in managing residential homes for children and young people aged 9 -18 with emotional and behavioral difficulties, learning difficulties, and/or history of mental health problems.

Candidates must be committed to excellence, both in terms of the quality-of- service delivery and in terms of outcomes for young people.

You will have:

Excellent leadership and management skills

Good organisational skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to deliver at least good rating in the home s first Ofsted inspection

or maintain an outstanding rating

Passion, drive, resilience, and ambition

A good understanding of business and finance

The role of the Registered manager:

You will need to have a Registered Manager s award, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People s Services or a Level 4 qualification relevant to working with children, as well as in management, and have at least 2 years experience of working with children and young people in a residential setting within the last 5 years. You will also need at least one year of experience in supervising and managing professional staff.
