Job Description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing technology organization in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma that is seeking a Systems Service Technician who will provide customer service by maintaining,servicing andrepairing office equipment at customer locations within their assigned territory. This position will report to the appropriate Field Service Manager for the assigned location.


Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for on-site repair and maintenance of copier/fax/scanner equipment
Refurbish used equipment, which includes cleaning and repairing
Minimal setup and installation at the customers location
Troubleshoot non-printing issues
Provide outstanding support by meeting customers needs in a courteous and timely manner
On-site maintenance and repair of copier and multi-functional products in an efficient and cost-effective manner
Maintain and expand current technical knowledge by attending training classes and meetings
Maintain proper parts inventory in vehicle
Use diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics to assess and resolve equipment and system failures
In shop repair and maintenance of internal equipment
In shop setup and installation for equipment and accessories
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent; or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Computer Skills:

Basic computer skills are required with networking skills a plus.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

A+ certification preferred
Network certification and or training desirable
Current valid driver s license & proof of insurance
Good driving record
HS Diploma


Other Skills and Abilities:

Mechanical aptitude required
PC & Microsoft skills

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screen.The organization has federal contracts that require compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, therefore medical marijuana license-holders who test positive for marijuana will not be qualified for the position.
