Location: On-Site - Henderson, Nevada

Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00

Compensation Package: There will be around a 15-20% bonus on top of the agreed salary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 10 years of management experience in accounting
• Strong Excel Skills - must be able to create pivot tables, v lookups etc.

About the Role

This is an Assistant Controller position that will be responsible for overseeing the Henderson accounting department. This department consists of 3 people. This position will be overseeing the entire GL.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Accounting department which includes an AP Manager, AR Manager and an AP clerk and maintaining day to day accounting functions.
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Training and developing accounting staff
• Responsible for ensuring that all balance sheet and agreed-upon income statement accounts, including system/control accounts, are actively and accurately reconciled monthly and that reconciliations are prepared timely
• Development of new policies and procedures
• Collaboration with the finance department
