Position: Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Nursing Home Opportunity
Location: Warrington
Hourly Rate: Up to 20
Shift: Nights
Hours Per Week: 36 - 48
Shift Times: 8-8

About the Nursing Home:
At Home operate a state-of-the-art facility designed with residents needs in mind. Our facility consists of three wings, offering long-term care for residents needing nursing and residential care. We also provide day center services to individuals with dementia/cognitive impairment during weekdays, soon expanding to weekends.
Key Responsibilities for Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN):
As a Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN) at our nursing home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of residents. Your responsibilities include:
- Upholding the highest standards of care for all residents
- Conducting assessments and evaluations
- Developing and updating person-centered care plans
- Collaborating with external governing bodies and agencies
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements in documentation, record-keeping, and health and safety
- Providing mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
Requirements for the Registered General Nurse (RGN/RMN) Role:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN
- Clear DBS record
