Key Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse (RGN):
- Ensuring the highest standard of care, welfare, and safety for all residents
Conducting assessments and evaluations
Creating individualized care plans and updating them as needed
Collaborating with external governing bodies and agencies
Adhering to all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation, and health and safety
Mentoring junior team members
Fulfilling specific duties delegated by the Home Manager
Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN) Role:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN
- Clear DBS
