Business Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales.
The most successful candidate(s) will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a fully remote position, and you will be responsible for your calendar (i.e. scheduling client meetings, attending available training, etc). The BDR is responsible for the entire sales cycle: finding leads based on a defined target audience, nurturing leads through the process, closing deals, and other critical tasks--supplemental leads will be provided after the initial onboarding period.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients within the target audience
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other sales activities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Schedule and conduct sales presentations
- Collaborate with the team to close deals to meet or exceed sales goals
- Track and report sales activities and performance using the provided CRM tool(s)
- Continuously improve sales skills and stay up to date on industry trends
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with no base salary. The base commission rate is 15% with incentives and tiers paying out up to 40% commission rates. The exact commission rates for each tier will be further discussed during the interview process.
