Plant Manager

Growing Manufacturing firm in Seattle has a need for a Plant Manager. This is a direct hire role with a full benefits package.

Emphasizes cost optimization through focus on controllable expenses, efficient use of capital, and continuous process improvements. • Provides direction to and supervision of Shop Manager, Purchasing, and Operations Administrator. • Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish job tasks and goals associated with procurement and manufacturing.

PLANT MANAGER EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. • 10 years of supervisory and/or managerial experience, preferred in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers. • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a larger team. • Strong communication, conflict-management, and problem-solving skills. • High technical aptitude and practical knowledge of fabrication operations including welding, machining, and assembly.
