Regional Engagement Manager - Learner Engagement - Liverpool



This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation as a Regional Engagement Manager.

The main role of the Regional Engagement Manager is to source and qualify prospective candidates and book them onto our pre-employment training courses.

This will be done by sourcing suitable referral partners, planning face to face meetings, open days with learners, third party organisations all within the location you are responsible for.


You will also be expected to identify and advise the BD team of suitable employment opportunities with your designated location



The key responsibilities for this role are:

Main Duties

Hit Departmental KPIs.

Support BDMs by generating regional and national employer vacancy leads.

To source and interview potential candidates both face to face and by telephone.

Work with external agencies to promote our range of courses and identify the needs of the local communities and employers.

To manage our JCP relationships and ensure we adhere to all JCP guidelines.

Provide up to date data for each region relating to learner and agency needs.

Determine eligibility and suitability for the relevant opportunities.

Be active on social media to promote our opportunities when and where required.

To support activity towards candidate and employer engagement, as required.

Create timely and accurate reports regarding activity levels, candidate enquiries and progress against targets.

Manage relationships with key suppliers, referral partners and organisations locally to generate the maximum number of candidate referrals and employer leads wherever possible.

To ensure the candidate recruitment process is followed to guarantee a high-quality recruitment experience.

To deliver outstanding Information, Advice and Guidance to both internal and external customers and to meet this grade in observations.

To attend learner/employer recruitment and marketing events for our to fill courses, build pipeline and candidate pool.

Actively promote us in the local community.

Be willing to work in various areas across the country and promote a varied number of our opportunities.
