The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of fleet van sales across a designated region. Tasked with nurturing a robust client portfolio the role demands a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities while ensuring existing relationships flourish through exceptional account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
To achieve the required sales target and related KPI s within a 12 month period
Working closely with both the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to assist all in identifying opportunities for all product and services via sales
To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
Keep abreast of market trends competitor activity and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
Be a professional presenter who will be asked to share in presenting at regional sales and dealership meetings
Have the ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Van industry
Full UK driving licence is essential as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
