- Take orders via phone/emails
- Answer phones when front desk is unavailable
- Scanning
- Allocations
- Transferring data from one software program to another
- Answer installs calls/questions
- Invoicing
- Being able to Multi-task is important
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) but not mandatory
- Projects may come up where excel is needed
- Maintain a clean work space
