Position: Staff Nurse (RGN) - Nursing Home Opportunity
Location: Kirklees
Hourly Rate: Up to 21
Shift: Nights
Hours Per Week: 36
Shift Times: 8-8

Key Responsibilities for Staff Nurse (RGN):
As a Staff Nurse (RGN) at our nursing home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the highest standards of care for all residents
- Conducting assessments and evaluations
- Developing and updating person-centered care plans
- Collaborating with external governing bodies and agencies
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements in documentation, record-keeping, and health and safety
- Providing mentorship to junior team members
- Undertaking specific duties delegated by the Home Manager
Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN) Role:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN
- Clear DBS record
