Our client is launching a new service in parternship with top hospitals and large health networks to help healthcare providers coordinate transportation for low-income, elderly, and disabled patients. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a product that can legitimately improve the healthcare for millions of at risk patients who face transportation barriers to proper healthcare.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of software in hospitals, health systems and practices
Manage day-to-day communication and other account management activities
Train end users and assists healthcare providers with patient education and enrollment to ensure successful program implementation
Maintains on-site presence with healthcare providers as needed to any high-touch needs
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fast and flexible learner, organized, detail-oriented
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is ideal
Ability to report into executive management
