This is a genuine autonomous Sales Manager role where you will take ownership andresponsibility to drive sales growth by providing outstanding customer service to a newcustomer base and use your business development skills to grow this customer base further. You will be a successful sales manager, ideally within the Personal Development industry, looking to step up into a new and exciting challenge.

  • Lead a team of new members
  • Lead by example out in the market with a value over volume sales proposition.
  • Advertising and promotion: Planning and executing advertising campaigns and promotional activities to raise awareness and generate interest in products or services. This may involve media planning, creating advertisements, and managing a social media presence.
  • Digital marketing: Utilizing various digital channels and tools to reach and engage with customers. This includes online advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and website management.
  • Attending company training calls run by professionals is a valuable opportunity for you to enhance your skills and knowledge in specific areas of expertise.
  • Conducting the interview: At the designated time, you will initiate the call or joins the Zoom meeting. You will greet the client and establish rapport to create a comfortable environment for open conversation. You will then follow the interview guide or set of questions to explore specific topics or gather relevant information. You will actively listen to the client's responses, asking follow-up questions to delve deeper into particular areas of interest.
  • Coach new clients on systems, processes, and products.
