Job Description


  • Gain deep insights into customers needs pain points opportunities and priorities related to mass transfer heat transfer and separation technology equipment.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with key influencers and decisionmakers through frequent customer engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse team to craft technical and commercial proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of Primas solutions for Quality Assurance Third Party Inspection Services ISO 9001 Certifications and Business Consulting.
  • Take ownership of the sales process from inception to followup actively promoting Primas supplier selection evaluation monitoring and auditing solutions while ensuring they align with customer expectations.
  • Drive customer decisionmaking by following up on proposals and delivering compelling presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the execution team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit customerfocused problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to delivering valuebased outcomes.
  • Apply and embody PrincipleBased Management principles in all aspects of the role.


  • Requirements


  • Engineering and technical sales background with a focus on the refining petrochemical specialty chemical or midstream industries.
  • Experience in sales or engineering within the oil gas or petrochemical sectors.
  • 10 years of experience and proven track record in B2B sales or technical sales
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools to manage the sales process effectively.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Located ideally in or near Midland or Houston TX.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
