• Capable to handle all types of CRs, trouble tickets and L2 support on site level and large BSC nodes.
• Supervising/Performing 2G/3G/4G node migration, 2G/3G/4G sites integration
• configuration changes at node-B & RNC level, BSC/RNC expansion (adding sub racks), board addition in BSC/RNC.
• Handling daily Tickets/ Immediate CRs as per on call duties to ensure outage within SLA’s
