Catering to a variety of care needs, including short-term, long-term, nursing, and respite care, we specialize in providing exceptional support to individuals with Dementia and mild behavioral disorders. Our personalized care packages ensure that each resident receives the tailored attention they deserve.
As a Staff Nurse (RGN) at our Nursing Home, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Elevating resident care, welfare, and safety to the highest standards
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations
- Crafting individualized, person-centered care plans and consistently updating them
- Collaborating with external regulatory bodies and agencies
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations related to documentation, record keeping, and health and safety
- Providing mentorship to junior team members
- Undertaking delegated duties from the Home Manager
Requirements
Requirements for the Role of Staff Nurse (RGN):
- Essential: Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
- Currently holding an active NMC PIN or awaiting registration
- Possession of a clear DBS record
