- An associate degree in culinary arts or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a high-volume, quality-focused environment,preferablyin senior living or hospitality
- A proven track record of managing food costs, labor costs and budgets
- A strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation and HACCP standards
- A creative flair and a keen eye for presentation and detail
- A customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
