Hourly Rate: 23.01 ( 24.01 for Weekend Shifts)
Night Shifts
Hours Per Week: 48
Shift Times: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities of the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) Role:
As a valued member of our Nursing Home team, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the highest standards of care, welfare, and resident safety.
- Conducting thorough assessments of new residents physical and psychological needs upon admission.
- Designing personalized care plans for each resident.
- Daily updates and adjustments to care plans.
- Safe administration and meticulous recording of medication.
- Effective communication with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
- Monitoring and enhancing the performance of care staff.
- Ensuring well-organized rotas for optimal coverage.
- Employing a person-centered approach to meet individual needs with utmost privacy, dignity, and respect.
Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) Role:

- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN
- Clear DBS
