Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exemplary aftercare services? We are seeking an organized and proactive Aftercare Coordinator to join our client which are a rapidly growing M&E contracting business.
In this pivotal role, you will manage all aspects of the aftercare process from initial defect reporting to timely resolution. Your focus on upholding quality standards and enhancing the customer experience will be integral to our continued success.

As the Aftercare Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Receiving, documenting and managing defect reports from clients
Coordinating with occupiers to arrange suitable times for engineers to attend site and address reported issues
Scheduling and allocating engineers for defect repairs
Providing updates to clients and management
Upholding a commitment to health & safety regulations
Conducting post repair follow ups with clients
Use of project management software
To excel in this role, you will possess:
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, engineers, and senior management
An analytical mindset to interpret data
Have problem solving skills
Ideally a strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
This is a very busy role but the environment is relaxed and friendly.
It is office-based Monday to Friday with working hours of 8/9am to 5pm.
