We are seeking an Entry Level Client Relations Manager to work with both new and existing nonprofit clients. The Entry Level Client Relations Manager will assist in the creation of unique fundraising initiatives that increase community donations for the charitable organizations with which we work.
Entry-Level Client Relations Manager Responsibilities:
- Communication with clients and potential donors during fundraising events
- Increasing visibility in order to generate more revenue for our charity partners
- To develop your job, learn all marketing tactics and attend educational seminars.
- Attend monthly meetings to learn about customer needs and make suggestions for improving campaign success.
- Keep up with our charitable partners and follow up on potential donations.
- Any client concerns should be reviewed and resolved as soon as feasible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to react to the requirements and inquiries of our charity clients.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred but not required.
- A strong willingness to work in a hands-on community service role
- It is necessary to be able to talk in front of both small and large groups.

- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
