Position: Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Apply at Find Medic

Shift Options: Day or Night Shifts
Weekly Hours: 24 or 36
Shift Times: 8:00 8:00

Role of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) at our Nursing Home:
- Uphold the highest standards of care, security, and wellbeing for all residents.
- Conduct comprehensive physical and psychological assessments for incoming residents.
- Develop personalized care plans tailored to individual residents.
- Keep care plans up to date on a daily basis.
- Administer and document medication with utmost safety.
- Efficiently communicate with external healthcare providers and suppliers.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of caregiving staff.
- Maintain well-structured schedules.
- Adopt a person-centered approach, prioritizing privacy, dignity, and respect for every residents needs.
Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) Role:
- Hold a valid Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN).
- Possess an active or pending NMC PIN.
- Have a clear DBS record.
