Dispatcher or Project Coordinator or Project Manager for Telecom Installations

Growing company is seeking a candidate who has experience tracking and coordinating installations of VoIP solutions to small and medium sized businesses. The Project Manager position requires experience dispatching field techs, tracking the installations and more.

Requires a candidate who can oversee and coordinate projects from start to finish. This requires experience with order processing and coordinating technical aspects in a fast=paced environment, while forging and maintaining relationships with customers, field techs and other departments.

This requires attending to the details and tracking progress, which includes the following:

• Contacting the client and explaining the scope of work.
• Verifying their equipment needs (cabling, router, VoIP solution and antenna).
• Placing the order for equipment with the build department.
• Arranging for the Field Technician to do the site survey and installation.
• Coordinating with client s vendors that utilize these lines.
• Porting the number or numbers.

The position is remote with occasional travel to the office. It can be 100% remote if needed.

Mon. Fri., 9 am 5 pm EST, requires flexibility handling clients throughout the U.S. and Canada with various time zone considerations.
