Job Description

As a Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing the most qualified candidates for our clients diverse range of positions. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while focusing on both national and global recruitment efforts. Additionally, you will oversee the management of contracted employees, ensuring their success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, to ensure a smooth and effective hiring experience.
Global and National Recruitment: Strategically source and attract top talent for positions both domestically and internationally, understanding local market nuances and tailoring recruitment approaches accordingly.
Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, guiding them through the selection process and providing exceptional candidate experiences.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and present candidates who align with their organizational goals and culture.
Contractor Management: Oversee the full management of contracted employees, including contract negotiation, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and ensuring contractor satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, employment legislation, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and advise clients.
Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to clients and management, showcasing the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and highlighting areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter, ideally with a blend of agency and in-house recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles across different industries, with experience in global recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and contracted employees.
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of successful offer closures.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with contractor management and relevant labor laws/regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
