Job Summary: As an HR Business Partner at The HR Source, you will collaborate closely with our client to provide comprehensive HR support with a specific focus on employee relations, investigations, and performance management. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and implementing effective strategies to enhance individual and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance and support in addressing employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Investigations: Lead and conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into employee complaints, policy violations, and misconduct, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and company standards.
- Poor Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to address poor performance through coaching, counseling, and implementing performance improvement plans, ultimately enhancing team productivity and morale.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Contribute to the development, review, and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
- Employee Surveys: Coordinate the design and administration of employee surveys to gather valuable insights, analyze results, and recommend actionable steps to address employee feedback and concerns.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives, training programs, and talent development strategies that contribute to organizational success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid background in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
