Job Description
Contract Type: Full-time
Location: Cutler Bay, FL (10400 SW 186th Street, Cutler Bay, FL 33157)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Saturday availability is essential). One day off, either Tuesday or Friday.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Designer/ Sales Representative at our Cutler Bay location. As a Designer/ Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with designing their ideal kitchens while ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen layouts tailored to their unique needs.
- Provide expert guidance and advice on product selection, finishes, and design elements to enhance the overall kitchen experience.
- Address customer inquiries, changes, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilize the KCDW program for designing and creating accurate visual representations of kitchen concepts.
- Manage customer interactions throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to finalizing the sale.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, staying updated on new trends and features.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order details.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in kitchen design and layout principles.
- Proficiency in using design software, specifically the KCDW program.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for accurate order processing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Prior experience in sales, preferably within the interior design, home improvement, or kitchen industry.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including an hourly rate of $14, supplemented by a commission structure. The commission structure awards 5% of the material sold, with an average monthly commission of $3000 or more.
