Requirements

Essential skills

• 10+ years of project management experience
  
• Experience in managing technologies - Oracle/Data Migration Projects & Data Warehousing.
  
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities of the entire team.
  
• Analyze, establish and develop scheduled projects.
  
• Create communication plans and processes.
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Work with cross-functional teams and ensure the project plan is not impacted.
  
• Hold regular technical team meetings and address questions/concerns/challenges if any
  
• Updating and maintaining deployment checklist/plan
  
• A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams.
  
• Experience training rising talent in the technology department.
  
• The ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles.
  
• Maintain project time frame and publish daily status reports.
  
• Strong managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving.
