Essential skills
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Experience in managing technologies - Oracle/Data Migration Projects & Data Warehousing.
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities of the entire team.
- Analyze, establish and develop scheduled projects.
- Create communication plans and processes.
- Strong communication skills
- Work with cross-functional teams and ensure the project plan is not impacted.
- Hold regular technical team meetings and address questions/concerns/challenges if any
- Updating and maintaining deployment checklist/plan
- A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams.
- Experience training rising talent in the technology department.
- The ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles.
- Maintain project time frame and publish daily status reports.
- Strong managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving.
