- Setting up sales targets, monitoring the performance according to target set etc.
- Managing the store staff: Provide training to newly recruited staff, supervising the sales associates
and other staff. Assigning tasks and responsibilities and conducting performance evaluations.
- Organizing store operations and allocating duties to personnels.
- Ensure the best Sales and customer service experience is provided to customers.
- Inventory management of the store by continuously monitoring the stock levels and
- Visual merchandising of the stock.
