About Jhoots Pharmacy

No compromise is made on the training offered to the staff, from choosing excellent external suppliers and having a highly experienced management team who is readily available, with the head office located in Walsall (West Midlands).

Main Duties

As an Apprenticeship Business Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • General office administration
  • Communicating via e-mail and telephone with staff members and suppliers
  • Receiving and processing of timesheets, overtimes and holidays/sicknesses
  • Updating payroll software (Sage)
  • Supporting the team in recruitment of new staff members for branches across the country
  • Processing new starter forms, validating ID documents and processing reference checks
  • Data entry
  • Updating various vital databases
  • Taking calls, emailing messages, booking appointments
  • To complete any other task commensurate with the role.
What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administration Qualification through Learning Curve Group. You will be taught through:

  • 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
  • 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
  • The course is a 14 month long programme

  • 10,300 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
