Main Duties
As an Apprenticeship Business Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- General office administration
- Communicating via e-mail and telephone with staff members and suppliers
- Receiving and processing of timesheets, overtimes and holidays/sicknesses
- Updating payroll software (Sage)
- Supporting the team in recruitment of new staff members for branches across the country
- Processing new starter forms, validating ID documents and processing reference checks
- Data entry
- Updating various vital databases
- Taking calls, emailing messages, booking appointments
- To complete any other task commensurate with the role.
What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administration Qualification through Learning Curve Group. You will be taught through:
- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
