- Providing an exceptional service experience to QIC Branche's clients by responding in a timely manner and liaising with the concerned departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Presenting and offering facilitating insurance products for customers.
- Issuing new and renewal policies.
- Resolving our clients’ complaints/issues efficiently and effectively, escalating and consulting as appropriate.
- Maintaining an excellent business relationship with all partners to maximize satisfaction and provide the best service to our clients.
