Job Description

Quality Control Inspector

Pay: $19-24/hr. DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM

Job Type: Temp-Hire

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Required Experience: Must have a valid driver's license. Safety sensitive must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen. High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years' experience in QA/QC field or equivalent. Knowledge of blueprint reading, precision measuring tool use, nondestructive testing techniques, welding, assembly, and machine operation related to cutting, milling, drilling, and lathe work. Ability to operate equipment and/or motorized vehicles under DOT requirements. Basic computer knowledge with MS office. SAP experience is a plus. Preferred: 2-year technical degree in QA/QC field. Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) Experience operating a forklift and overhead crane. Experience in the gas/oil industry.

Job Description:

Perform inspection and completion of quality-related data on incoming material, parts, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and products, documenting the results in the appropriate systems available within the organization. Perform inspection and completion of quality-related data on in-process parts, sub-assemblies, assemblies, equipment, products, and processes. Perform inspection and completion of quality-related data/history sheets on equipment prior to dispatch to the customer. Responsible for process and equipment calibration maintenance, data and records relating to calibration and metrology. Track, analyze, and report on non-conformance in materials, parts, products, sub-assemblies, and/or assemblies through the data systems available. Maintain records or transactions within data bases/systems available. Suggest improvements, upkeep, and maintenance requirements as seen appropriate for databases. Responsible for supporting all quality measures and procedures.
