What You Will Be Doing: You will partner with our CEO, providing proactive and organized support and strong attention to detail. You will provide in the moment assistance with a high level of accuracy and efficiency in everything you do. You will be an integral part of the company as you navigate the day-to-day operations in the office of the CEO, while balancing all of the nuances of communication, including but not limited to, email, phone calls, text, etc. This will be the first Executive Assistant for Njevity so you will have lots of autonomy to create and enhance processes and procedures that benefit both your working style and the CEO’s.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating all of the CEO’s activities, travel, obligations, meetings and events
Capture action items from meetings and distribute to stakeholders
Schedule appointments for the CEO and making sure interested parties are kept up-to-date
Manage CEO’s email account and prioritizing actions according to current priorities
Distribute notices, agendas and meeting materials, as well as arrange details and coordinate logistics for any events or meetings
Set up and maintain processes that will keep you both organized, prompt and productive
Field phone calls and making everyone you come in contact with feel important and valued
Develop and assist with preparation of presentation materials
Assist in planning the all-team gatherings that take place 1-2 times a year
Occasionally assist in running personal errands

Able to quickly learn to navigate current and new systems, processes and procedures

Strong attention to detail to meticulously and diligently prepare and review emails, schedules, expense reports, meeting materials, etc…
2-3 years of experience working with upper management and supporting their daily functions
Advanced level competency with Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Teams, etc
An elegant and empathetic communicator – you can deliver meaning and intent in writing, on the phone and in all forms of communication
A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) – commensurate experience may substitute for degree requirements

Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience
