Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time customer service assistant to support our technical and customer service staff.


Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
  • Receive, process, and place customer orders as required.
  • Identify and assess customers needs
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, ability to seek appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

We are looking for
High school diploma/GED, Bachelor s degree preferred

Strong Effective telephone sales skills
Exceptional consultative skills, ability to articulate, inspire, project confidence, overcome objections.
