Who You Are: KITSCH is looking for a talented and dynamic Retail Marketing Manager to join our team of collaborative individuals to create and drive sales strategy and serve as the key liaison between product development and sales.
The individual leader will possess a strong understanding of the business and serve as a key voice to stakeholders. The role is a key link across Sales, Category, Marketing, Product Development, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance. This leader will develop and execute and plan in line with sales and marketing objectives. To be successful in this role, you must be dynamic, a self-starter, and capable of setting and communicating vision, strategy and tactics across all functions of the company.
Responsibilities:
Aids in the development of Channel & Customer segmentation strategy and Trade allocation
Owns development of turnkey/custom promotions through PPA
Owns development of turnkey/custom POS and displays
Establishes relationships and owns retail marketing plans with key retailers
Leads Customer Planning Process
Trade Show lead
Supports Joint Business Planning (JBPs)
Liaison between Product Development, Marketing, and Sales
Reports to VP of Sales
Translating and communicating key marketing campaigns & initiatives to meet the needs of our retail partners
Develop retail marketing strategy in partnership with Marketing Team, Sales, and Product Development including visual merchandising, in-store & digital activation strategies for retail channels.
Customize retail marketing strategies and initiatives based on Marketing priorities, ensuring balance and appropriate focus among core vs. newness SKUs
Identify key seasonal marketing opportunities at channel/customer level
Create and manage retail marketing calendar for assigned retailers
Manage account budget and ensure spend is on track
Business outcomes:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, major in Business Administration or related field
At least 6+ years of commercial experience
Strong working knowledge and experience in Trade Marketing or related field
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Receptiveness to feedback and able to meet deadlines
Strong collaboration and influencing skills
Self-starter and results-driven
Entrepreneurial
Strong financial and business acumen
