Job Description
👩🏻💻 Helping with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
🚪 Supporting new employee onboarding, including orientation, and introductions to the team.
⭐️ Assisting with administration, including time off and various benefits
💪🏼 Participating in employee engagement initiatives, such as planning fun events, recognizing employee achievements, and fostering a positive work environment.
🎯 Contributing to HR projects and programs, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, wellness programs, and employee feedback and survey programs.
